The Village Madman
When we were children, it was pretty easy for our parents
to shield us from the village MADMAN, all that was needed
was clear instructions on what streets to avoid,
and if you accidentally run into him, FLEE!!!!!
Modernization came and everything evolved,
the way we sleep, learn, eat, befriend, communicate, even war,
all changed.
The village MADMAN too, has evolved,
though still spitting out falsehood and vain deceptions,
using trendy catchy phrases,
but he’s now difficult to spot
he now has access to the internet and a phone,
and guess who he’s after???
……………….your children.
